What this page is

An event gallery holds the photographs from one event. We took them, we are giving them to you, and these are the terms that come with that.

The link is unlisted and the page is not indexed by search engines. Some galleries are set to go quiet on a date. If yours has closed and you still need the pictures, email us.

What you may do with a picture of yourself

Download it. Print it. Post it anywhere you like. Send it to the people in it. Use it as your profile picture. Keep it forever. None of that needs our permission and none of it costs anything.

A credit is lovely and never required. If you tag us, thank you.

What you may not do

Sell it, licence it, or use it to advertise or promote a business, product or service. Enter it into a competition as your own work. Remove a watermark or credit where one is on the image. Feed it to an AI model.

If you are a brand, a venue or an agency and you want to use a frame commercially, that is a licence and it is a conversation worth having. Ask us.

If you would rather not be in it

Email info@m-rgan.com with roughly where in the gallery you are and we will take the picture down. You do not need to explain yourself and we will not ask you to.

If the gallery asked for your name

Where a gallery asks for a name and email before showing you anything, that information goes to us and to the client who put the event on, so they can send you the pictures and tell you about the next one. It is not sold and it goes nowhere else.

Other people are in these pictures too

A gallery from a party is full of people who did not choose you. Share the frames you are in rather than the whole set, and take down anything somebody asks you to. It is the same courtesy we extend to you.
